First steps to new life

Hello people , 

I am back again :D
this time , thankfully after longer time period so ,
Anyways ! 

I have joined HR department of Bank Of Baroda as an Intern today , and it was my first day !

Frankly , though learning about HR was always my dream but i was heck , sooooo nervous as i was the only trainee in the HR department of my city. I was scared , what if i did mistakes and there is no one like me ! NOT a single trainee , all experienced HR people were there. 

It was a hectic day but all went well , i enjoyed my work , though it was hectic. 

Though i always wanted to be in teaching line and  even now i want to teach HR to young people but then , i kind of enjoyed the work , environment was positive , people there were so welcoming. 

Seems like i m in a new phase of life and i am loving it !
love being occupied and busy !

Its so late in the night but all thats going in my head is "HR"
rofllllll ...!! I have gone mad ! who behaves like that?
of course only me :p

Some tips on Brand management

Do not go for too many extensions in a brand as it would scatter the name of the brand rather than making it strong !

Do not go for too much contraction in a brand , as after a point of time it would be like a rotten thing to the customers with no change for ages. Brand contraction more than needed would restrict growth ! 

There should be a balance between extension and contraction.
Being in profit doesn't only need the best product , its not enough in brand management .

 Brand positioning can make you win the race even with the second best product if placed smartly in the minds of the targets . 

There is a law in branding which talks about mortality .
If a brand is dying and you know it cant be saved then don't try it ! Let it die in peace because you cant save it , its better to loose a brand rather than ruining its name further more ! 

If a brand wins the perception of targets , than you need to relax and realize that you have won the race already !

Perception in the minds of people is the refection of value of a brand !

Win like majyority or stand apart ?

Hey peeps , 

I am back again to trouble you all , i don't know why this blog is becoming an addictive habit ! Anyways  so yeah :D

Of course we all like to follow trends in like , if we get to know there is a way to get success we choose it and then we find there is a mob of people following the same path and winning it. Its majority winning with a common trend . 

THEN WHERE IS INNOVATION  ?

Whenever you find yourself on the side of the majority, it is time to pause and reflect.

Believe in newness and innovation and making and setting trends for others to follow is more challenging , following and executing a trend can be done easily by a mob of people ! 

Then where are "YOU" in it ? What's the difference between a paan wala's business and your business? When he is copying the idea of making and selling a paan , you too are doing the same !

Copying something to get success , then with lack of innovation there is no use of getting educated or doing an MBA , set new trends , make new trends and let others follow them , follow "YOU" and then there would be a difference.

We get education to get better at what we wanted to do isn't it ? or its just we do it just show show off the qualifications we posses? 

Think and innovate , Stand apart rather than loosing yourself in mob of people !

RESPECT YOUR KNOWLEDGE AND CALIBER YOURSELF , THEN ONLY YOU CAN CONVINCE OTHERS TO DO THE SAME

Honesty or business?

Often businessmen face a problem , and it is that being in a business they cant be 100% honest to the other people or else profits would be lesser ?

Its a myth or not?

Probably we all have different opinions about situations , specially business situations !


Being a businessmen if people will be honest enough how would they sell it with high margin right?
But i believe its not hard ?

If there is innovation and you are selling the original and probably the best , the other party would happily let you take high price for the same , even if they would know you are  getting way to high margin !!

Nothing is bigger than a human want ! Remember it ?
If a human or your customer would need something which no one but only you would posses than no matter what he will buy it and with honestly and without saying a lie you can run a business with high returns !!

YAAA YOU ARE RIGHT? Business have many other things too where you cant be rigid with your honesty principle but then , we can always try and built that trust of people within us !!

Like Why Apple gets high return and people buy it even when they get much better technology in other phones which are cheaper than it?
Isnt it because they know what they have others dont?
And they r honest and still get highest returns of them all !!

We can always solve a problem to get a solution and remain honest and then we can earn a lot in long run !

A business idea my dream

I since my childhood have always dream of learning business , doing an MBA and studying HR. 

Like why do generally people do MBA?

Probably to get a job with good package in a company and get well placed !

I feel its weird that i am not having same thoughts in my mind  , because since i have got the ability to understand things i have always wanted to study business and do MBA but i have never thought of getting a job in a company !

NO , of course i too want to earn money and get a good life like others but i m not doing MBA to get placed but i m doing it coz its my passion , may be i am born on earth to study it !

THERE IS SOMETHING CALLED KNOWLEDGE WHICH IS NEEDED TO BE GIVEN PRIORITY MORE THAN A JOB OF A COMPANY , WHAT YOU HAVE IS TEMPORARY , IT WILL NEVER BE PERMANENT !

But , 

KNOWLEDGE IS WHICH WOULD ALWAYS BE THERE EVEN IF THERE WOULD NOTHING BE LEFT WITH YOU , KNOWLEDGE NEVER BETRAYS YOU , IT STAYS FOREVER LIKE A PERMANENT TREASURE  !

I HAVE A LITTLE DREAM , 

there are so many unemployed MBA's in our country !
Dont they deserve jobs? Itsnt it there responsibility to use there knowledge and not just be frustrated and blame the system and unemployment in India?
MY  DREAM -

Rather than going for a well placed job i m interested in teaching HR , i want to open an institute where unemployed MBA'S can Teach others and get employed and at the same time getting more people educated!

People have a thinking now a days that doing MBA is almost a waste as there are less jobs ! I want to convince people to have passion in them to learn and study business and they should not have fear of being unemployed ! 

Going to an MNC is not the only option ! With the possession of knowledge one can get the employment and also by sharing knowldge we can have a better india and a more educated india !

WE AND OUR COUNTRY DOESN'T NEED EDUCATED ILLITERATES , RATHER WE NEED KNOWLEDGEABLE LITERATES WHO CAN MAKE BETTER INDIA !
